Authorization
The client hereby grants permission to NIL V LIMITED, along with its employees and representatives, to:
- Assume remote control of the client’s equipment, encompassing the capability to exchange files, modify system configurations, and perform all other operations feasible via remote or physical access.
- Collect and transport media, equipment, or data to and from the client’s premises.
- Employ any necessary methods to retrieve data from the media or equipment.
- Utilise all appropriate measures to address issues or challenges reported by the client, with a strong emphasis on our expertise in licensed software sales and IT consulting.
Legal Rights
The client confirms ownership or lawful authority over the media, equipment, and all associated data or software contained therein.
Limited Liability
The client agrees to absolve and protect NIL V LIMITED from any liability concerning direct or indirect damages, including data loss or revenue reduction. NIL V LIMITED shall not be held accountable for any data loss arising from our services, whether intentional or as an unintended outcome. Pre-existing viruses or spyware might have already compromised or erased data, and their removal may necessitate the deletion of certain files. Once data is removed from the system, it should be deemed irretrievable. It is presumed that the client or system owner has either backed up or relocated critical or proprietary data prior to the commencement of any upgrade or repair process. Backups ought to be kept in a separate location from the equipment undergoing repair or enhancement.
Confidentiality
NIL V LIMITED is dedicated to preserving the confidentiality of our clients’ information and data files, prioritising security in our licensed software sales and IT consulting services. We refrain from disclosing such information to third parties without the client’s explicit approval or unless required by legal mandate. In cases where NIL V LIMITED takes custody of data, it will be stored for a maximum period of 14 days.
